My name is William Edgar Boyd McCready. I was born on Sept 17, 1933 in Crisfield, Md. I am of Native American decent of the Accohonnack Tribe which is a subtribe of the Powhatan Indian nation. I served eight years in the US Army, both in the Reserves and with an active duty of two years in Germany.I have seven children, all of whom I love very much and am very proud of. I am especially proud of Becky who in her sense of patriotic duty, served with the Army and fought in Desert Storm receiving the Purple Heart. I am very thankful that I have her still along with the rest of my kids! I have thousands of other kids that are serving and dying for this country. If needed, I would gladly be next to them, with my Garand. God Bless them all, make them safe and bring them home to where they belong!!
